Dit nummer is afkomstig uit de film One-Trick Pony met Paul Simon in de hoofdrol. In die film speelt Simon de 34-jarige zanger Jonah Levin, wiens carrière na een grote hit in 1968 in een dal is geraakt. Twaalf jaar later moet er een nieuw album gemaakt worden, maar Jonah Levin loopt hierbij aan tegen meningsverschillen met de producer. Daarnaast wil hij de relatie met zijn ex-vrouw en zoontje verbeteren.

Wist je dat? Op 25 februari 1981 was Paul Simon de presentator van de uitreiking van de Grammy Awards en speelde hij samen met zijn band uit de film het nummer "Late In The Evening". Het nummer was genomineerd voor een Grammy voor Best Pop Vocal Performance bij de mannen, maar moest het afleggen tegen "This Is It" van Kenny Loggins.
