Op de single staan twee nummers: Het nummer "Ghosts", afkomstig van het album Blood on the Dance Floor: "HIStory in the Mix" en een remix van het nummer HIStory. HIStory is afkomstig van Michael Jackson gelijknamige album. Het nummer werd niet uitgebracht in de Verenigde Staten, maar wel in Europa, waar het geen grote hit werd. Alleen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk bereikte het de top vijf.

Wist je dat? In 1997 verscheen het album "Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix". Dit album werd gezien als een vervolg van HIStory omdat het slechts vijf nieuwe nummers bevatte. De rest van de cd was een remix van de successen van HIStory. Het album verkocht wereldwijd zes miljoen exemplaren en is daarmee het bestverkochte remixalbum aller tijden. In de VS sloeg het album nauwelijks aan en werd matig verkocht..
