Nancy Sandra Sinatra is zangeres en actrice en dochter van zanger Frank Sinatra en zijn toenmalige vrouw Nancy Barbato.

Haar muzikale carrière piekte in de tweede helft van de jaren zestig met een rij pophits. Haar bekendste lied is These Boots Are Made for Walkin' uit 1966. In 1967 stond ze samen met haar vader in de hitparade met het duet Something stupid. Een nummer dat haar vader niet zag zitten om op te nemen.
Ze had ook nog enkele hits gedurende de samenwerking met Lee Hazlewood met o.a. Jackson, Lady bird en Storybook children.

Ze speelde in een aantal films waaronder The Wild Angels van Roger Corman met Peter Fonda en Bruce Dern, en Speedway (1968) met Elvis Presley.

In 2003 werd een van haar liedjes, een cover van Chers Bang bang (My baby shot me down), gebruikt in de film Kill Bill: Vol. One van Quentin Tarantino. In 2005 werd hetzelfde nummer gesampled door de Audio Bullys voor een danceremix: Shot You Down. Het nummer stond 7 weken in de Top 40 en bereikte de 17e plaats.
