Shane Codd is geboren in Dublin maar groeide op in het veel kleinere Ierse plaatsje Cavan. De dance- en trancemuziek uit de jaren 90 en de jaren 00 vormen zijn belangrijkste inspiratiebronnen. Avicii maar ook de Ierse producer RobbieG en Conor McGregor lieten hem zien dat je altijd je droom moet najagen – Shane moest en zou dj worden. Get Out My Head, zijn track uit 2020, begon met de vocalen en daaromheen bouwde hij de track met synths en piano. Het nummer is vooral bedoeld om de moeilijke periode met COVID-19 even uit je gedachten te krijgen. Dromen heeft Codd ook nog steeds… in de zomer van 2021 hoopt hij op Ibiza te kunnen spelen.
Halverwege 2021 dropt hij de track Always On My Mind.
