De Zweedse dj- en producer Otto Jettmann werkt in 2010 samen met Avicii en Oliver Ingrosso aan het nummer iTrack. Daarmee scoort Otto Knows aan het einde van dat jaar zijn eerste notering in de Top 40 en bereikt hij de 30e positie. In de jaren daarna levert hij een aantal succesvolle producties af, waaronder voor Britney Spears, DaDa Life, Alesso en Burns. In 2012 scoort hij zijn eerste eigen hit met Million Voices, dat in de zomer de vijfde plaats bereikt.
In 2014 doet Otto opnieuw van zich spreken met Parachute, waarmee hij voor de derde keer de Dance Smash bij Radio 538 weet te pakken en opnieuw in de Top 40 weet te belanden. Ook blaast hij later dat jaar het nummer Can't Stop Drinking About You, van Bebe Rexha, nieuw leven in.
In 2016 werkt hij opnieuw samen met Avicii op Back Where I Belong.
