Damian Rhodes is de echte naam van de in Los Angeles gevestigde DJ Noizu. Noizu timmert al een aantal jaar in de muziekwereld aan de weg. In 2020 bracht hij de single Summer 91 uit, wat tot nu toe zijn grootste hit is. Omdat hij in 2020 dit nummer niet kon spelen voor een festivalpubliek, heeft hij in april 2021 het nummer in een nieuwe versie genaamd Summer 91 (Looking Back) uitgebracht.
