Here she comes, her head is hanging
She still wears her hat

Her eyes are soaking wet

She gets up at three o’clock
Always works till late
There’s no time for recreation
Grazing in the shade

She is dreaming of green pastures
Endless fields and warmer nights
The friends she used to play with
Beneath a golden sun

Here she comes, her head is hanging
She still wears her hat
Though it seems as if she smiles
