Matthias Metten, Zacharias Adrian en Christian Müller vormen in 2005 het trio ItaloBrothers. In de zomer van 2006 verschijnt hun eerste track The Moon. Een jaar later groeit hun populariteit in de Duitse scene snel met een remake van Moonlight Shadow, origineel een hit van Mike Oldfield. Sindsdien grossiert de groep in remakes van nummers, waaronder die van O-Zone en Carrie Underwood.
In 2016 verschijnt de track Summer Air waarmee ze in Denemarken de tweede plaats van de hitlijst weten te beriken. In de zomer van 2017 weet de track ook de Tipparade te bereiken.
