Frans Jeppsson-Wall wordt in Zweden bekend met de groep Elias en voert in 2006 voor 13 weken de Zweedse hitlijst aan met Who’s Da’ Man, een eerbetoon aan voetballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Twee jaar later staat dezelfde combinatie van Elias en Frans opnieuw op 1 met Fotbollsfest, het themalied voor het Zweedse voetbalteam tijdens de EK van 2008.



In 2016 doet Frans mee aan Melodifestivalen, de Zweedse voorronde voor het Eurovisiesongfestival. Zijn If I Were Sorry komt op de eerste plaats in de Zweedse singlelijst en op 12 maart wordt hij de winnaar van de voorronde. Na Carola (1983) is hij met 17 jaar de een na jongste winaar in de 33-jarige geschiedenis van de voorronde.

If I Were Sorry wordt op het Eurovisiesongfestival van 2016 in Stockholm uiteindelijk vijfde.
