Faisal Ben Said is afkomstig uit Rotterdam en heeft zich toegelegd op het schrijven van nummers. Zo leverde hij de track Stars voor Jus Jack. Andere namen die inmiddels op zijn lijst van artiesten staat met wie hij heeft samengewerkt zijn Funkerman, GLOWINTHEDARK, Tommie Sunshine en Gregori Klosman. In 2013 tourde hij door China en was hij ook op podia in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, de Verenigde Staten, België en Duitsland terug te vinden.

In 2016 maakt hij, samen met Afrojack, de track Hey dat eind maart zijn Top 40-debuut wordt. De track staat drie weken op nummer 2 en wordt de grootste Nederlandse hit van het jaar. Als hij later in 2016 ook met Used To Have It All, opnieuw een samenwerking met Afrojack, een succes boekt blijkt hij dat jaar de meest succesvolle Nederlandse debutant in de hitlijst. Fais wordt, zowel als nieuwkomer als ook als meest succesvolle Nederlandse act over 2016 onderscheiden met een Top 40 Award.

In april 2017 verschijnt zijn eerste solo-track, Ask Me Tomorrow. In 2018 worden ook Know You Better en Make Me Do uitgeroepen tot Alarmschijf.

In 2019 verschijnt I Want You Now, een track waarin de onmiskenbare baslijn en het gevoel uit I'm Coming Out (van Diana Ross) terug te horen is.
