Christina Milian is een Amerikaanse zangeres op het gebied van pop en R&B muziek. Haar carrière begon op jonge leeftijd. Met een passie voor entertainment was de jongedame vastberaden om een grote actrice te worden. Samen met haar moeder en zusjes verhuisde het gezin naar Los Angeles. Hier heeft ze in verschillende musicals gestaan en was ze presentatrice van Disney Channel.
Naast het maken van muziek is Milian te zien geweest in verschillende series en films. Zo had ze een gastrol in de Amerikaanse televisieseries Charmed en Clueless. In de film Be Cool speelde ze een van de hoofdrollen.

Deze Amerikaanse scoorde hits met de nummers Am to PM, Dip it Low en When You Look At Me.

Laatstgenoemde track was in Nederland haar grootste hit met een notering op de derde plaats.
