Captain Jack is een succesvolle eurodancegroep uit de tweede helft van de jaren negentig. De groep bestond op het podium uit de op Cuba geboren Franky Gee (Francisco Alejandro Gutierrez) en de van oorsprong Portugese Lisa da Costa. Ze kennen elkaar (en de twee producers achter de act) uit het Duitse Frankfurt.

De eerste hits Captain Jack (vier weken) en Drill Instructor (drie weken) halen allebei de eerste plaats. Daarna worden binnen een jaar tijd nóg vier hits gescoord. Soldier Soldier en Little Boy halen eveneens de top 10, maar singles eindigen steeds iets minder hoog. In Duitsland is de groep nog wel populair.

In 2002 krijgt Franky Gee een herseninfarct, maar hij geneest volledig en viert in 2005 het 10-jarig bestaan van de groep. In oktober 2005 wordt hij opnieuw getroffen door een hersenbloeding. Na vijf dagen in coma te hebben gelegen overlijdt hij.

Captain Jack treedt in de jaren daarna nog steeds op, eerst met zanger/rapper Bruce Erik Lacy en zangeres Laura Pozo Martin. Later neemt Michelle Stanley haar plaats in.
