Fabian Bohn begint in 2002 met het produceren van de vroege hardstyle, eerst als lid van het duo Brennan & Heart. Als DJ Thera stopt voegt hij de namen van het duo samen waarmee zijn artiestennaam in 2005 een feit is. In 2009 verschijnt zijn debuutalbum, Musical Impressions.

Brennan Heart mixt verschillende tracks voor acts als Headhunterz en Wildstylez. Naast een eigen platenlabel (We R Music) is hij ook initiatiefnemer van I Am Hardstyle. In 2013 staat hij met Jonathan Mendelsohn in de Tipparade met de track Imaginary. Een live-versie van die track komt ook op zijn tweede studioalbum I Am Hardstyle dat in de vroege zomer van 2016 verschijnt.

Na tracks met Toneshifterz, Code Black en Jonathan Mendelsohn in 2017 scoort hij met Won’t Hold Me Down (Gravity), het nummer dat hij met Trevor Guthrie maakt, de in april 2018 de Dance Smash bij Radio 538.
