De oorspronkelijke versie van Sway heet Quien Sera en werd geschreven door de Mexicaanse componist Luis Demetrio en opgenomen door Pablo Beltrán Ruiz, een jaar voordat Dean Martin het opnam als Sway. De vertaalde tekst van Sway werd geschreven door Norman Gimbel.
