Wist je dat? Het muzikale intro van Paranoid is door Radio Veronicatechnicus Ad Bouman gebruikt om een promo in het kader van de actie "Veronica moet blijven" door zangeressen Patricia Paay en haar zus Yvonne te laten inzingen: "Veronica zal moeten blijven / als u dat wilt, dan kan dat nog / Schrijf een briefje naar Den Haag / Naar H. van Doorn, die kent u toch".

Het Duitse duo Cindy und Bert heeft zich gewaagd aan een Duitstalige cover van Paranoid, getiteld "Der Hund von Baskerville".
