Nederlands house- en danceduo bestaande uit Ray Slijngaard en Anita Doth. 2 Unlimited breekt in 1991 eerst door in Groot-Brittannië, met Get Ready For This. De eerste nummer 1-hit in Nederland is Twilight Zone in (2 weken in 1992), gevolgd door No Limit (5 weken in 1993) en The Real Thing (2 weken in 1994). Tussen 1991 en 1995 belanden de eerste 13 singles allemaal in de top 10. No Limit bereikt in niet minder dan 35 landen de eerste plaats.

In 1996 breken Ray en Anita met hun Belgische producers en met elkaar. De producers gaan door met de naam 2 Unlimited en twee zangeressen worden het gezicht. Met Romy van Ooijen en Marion van Iwaarden worden twee hits gescoord: Wanna Get Up en Edge Of Heaven. Hun derde single Never Surrender blijft in de Tipparade hangen en dan breekt een lange stilte aan.

In 2009 wordt bekend dat Ray en Anita weer samen willen optreden en nieuwe muziek willen uitbrengen. Dat gebeurt in eerste instantie onder de naam 'Ray & Anita', omdat de eigenaren van de naam 2 Unlimited geen toestemming geven om iets met de oorspronkelijke naam te doen.

In 2012 werkt het duo weer samen met de Belgische producer Jean-Paul De Coster en mag de naam weer gebruikt worden. In maart 2013 wordt de hernieuwde samenwerking gevierd met een groots liveconcert van 80 minuten in het Sportpaleis in Antwerpen.

Eind 2016 komt het opnieuw tot een breuk. Anita verlaat de groep maar Ray blijft optreden, nu met Kim Vergouwen aan zijn zijde.
